I had a very nice stay and would have extended the stay. Everything was really good during 8 days. - Loved its exceptionally nice location not far from a local tram stop, the main train station, and the city center.

Clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Convenient location near the town center and train station. Helpful and responsive staff. Great internet speed. Good common area with amenities. Friendly and accommodating manager. Nice and well-maintained bathrooms.

Couldn't stay longer.

The location was good. However, the owners were not present during our stay and no one was around during the day to answer any questions. Otherwise it was really clean.

It was located near a busy road, traffic and noise was constant during the night, so very hard to get a good night sleep.

It was near by to the local sights.

Not suitable for aged people. I was not warned re the 2 flights of stairs leading to the hotel. I was also unhappy not to meet mine hosts until breakfast. My other complaint is that the hotel is run for the convenience of the proprietors and not for their guests. Breakfast is a fixed time at 08:00 - early breakfast , we needed this on one of our days as we went on an outing to Siena (11 hour trip) was regarded as an imposition. As mentioned, we did not meet with the owners until the next day,after arrival. May I ask why we are asked to inform the owners of arrival time? Cetainly not to greet us, help with luggage up stairs tell us the time for breakfast etc. On arrival we found an envelope bearing my name, attached to the door and had to pick up the key from another nearby hotel and fend for ourselves. There was NO security check that we were bona fide guests.

We had double room to ourselves with tea, coffee plus a private bathroom. Greatly enjoyed the location very close to all the main attractions. Easily reached Antica Trattoria da Tito, located just a short walk away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there...

The guest house was in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the city center. We loved being able to explore all the sights without having to rely on public transportation. the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating. They allowed us to check in late and check out early, which was really convenient for our schedule. We also enjoyed having our own keys and PIN number to come and go as we pleased.

That the guest house is located on a busy road, which meant there was some noise from the traffic. this didn't bother us too much and didn't hinder our overall experience.

The hotel is near the station and therefore it's convenient. It is a very basic b&b, but it is fairly clean. The air-condition is noisy and the plumbing system in the bathroom is very noisy. The hotel is on the third floor and no lift, so if you have heavy luggage, it is a bit difficult.

Freshly decorated room that's in top shape. Comes with everything you need like a work desk, TV with tons of channels, and even an iron for your clothes. 💼

It was quite close to railway station and the attractions. Very helpful staff. Air conditioning.

We loved our stay in this city. The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was very near to the center of town, and everything was within walking distance. The room was clean, and we had all the hotel facilities we needed. We appreciated having a kitchen with some cutlery/crockery that we could use. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the owner even gave us an upgraded room from economy to premium! We were also impressed with the internet, which was fantastic and very fast.

Nothing for us.

Plenty of fab options for meal. Helpful staff, well-equipped rooms with WiFi and TV plus huge bed. Location just next door to the best restaurants to go to and the city centre of Florence👌

Value for money was exceptional, with spacious and clean rooms. Great location near all city center sights and the main train station. The staff, especially Eliseo, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

The location is ideal for exploring Florenz as it’s near the city centre and all the main attractions. it’s near a beautiful park where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. the rooms are nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable, perfect for couples. the common kitchen is an added bonus for making coffee and has cooled mineral water readily available.

The walls are thin and it can get a little noisy at night, which may interrupt your sleep.
